iGif Creator Lite allows you to create GIF files from videos and photos. With this app, you can: convert video clips to GIF, convert photos into GIF, edit GIF files, resize or crop the video for GIF, set the FPS for fetching images from video, add Caption on GIF for each images, set the dimension for the GIF file, and more. The lite version adds a text banner on the created GIF.
