AACelerator
Description
The 1.0 version of AACelerator for Mac was available to download on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. AACelerator for Mac relates to Audio & Video Tools. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The following version: 1.0 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. This software for Mac OS X was originally developed by scott nichol.
From the developer:
AACelerator is the quickest way to easily encode all of your audio files into MPEG-4 Advanced Audio Codec (AAC) audio files. This new encoding format included in QuickTime 6 represents a significant step forward in encoded file size and sonic quality. By all accounts, audio encoded at the same bit rates as MP3 files will result in audio files with superior sonic quality.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Videora Motorola RAZR Converter, Aiseesoft MPEG Converter for Mac or Aiseesoft WMV Converter for Mac, which might be similar to AACelerator.
