Check out the assistant app for artisans in preparing coffee according to proper recipes. Record, analyze, and control roast profiles with relevant tools, build and browse detailed logs of previous sessions, activate and deactivate thermocouple controllers, etc.
Artisan 2.4.4 for Mac was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available.

Artisan is a software that helps coffee roasters record, analyze, and control roast profiles. When used in conjunction with a thermocouple data logger or a proportional–integral–derivative controller (PID controller), this software can automate the creation of roasting metrics to help make decisions that influence the final coffee flavor.
