From the developer:

AuRevoir is a simple application that lets you view and remove notification messages from Apple's "Notification Database". The program targets Signal notifications. However, you can click "all apps" to either view or remove all the notifications. It counts the number of deleted notifications and displays it at the buttom of the main window.
