CsvToWebRec is a program to send CSV files to a Web server. The program has functions to set each columns to send or not to send, format columns, add additional parameters. Http and https web server protocols are supported. The program has encrypt/decrypt functions (currently CBC mode of DES is only supported). So, you can encrypt few columns which contains important data.
