Our website provided a free download of Cyrillic Linguist 1 for Mac. The actual developer of this free Mac application is Sorin Paliga, PhD, University of Bucharest. The software belongs to Education Tools.

From the developer:

Installs the layout file for accessing the additional set of Cyrillic characters used in Uralic-altaic non-Slavic languages. Contains the keylayout file as well as manuals and sample images with the layout and how it looks when it's used inside the application.
