The software lies within System Tools, more precisely General. This free Mac application is an intellectual property of FireStorm.

From the developer:

FireStorm Avalon is an auto-timed application runner... set it for eight hours from now, come back and everything (that you specify) is up and running. Avalon opens many applications. Example: you want to open iTunes when you get back from work and you want it to play, and Mail.app and you want it to check your mail, any application can be opened, up to five apps. Suggestions are gladly accepted.
Works with FSBot: Lichen very well.
