This free Mac app was originally created by GNS-3 Team. The unique ID for this program's bundle is net.gns3. The most popular versions of the application are 1.2, 0.8 and 0.5. The program lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Network tools.

From the developer:

GNS3 is a graphical network simulator that allows simulation of complex networks.

To allow complete simulations, GNS3 is strongly linked with :

Dynamips, the core program that allows Cisco IOS emulation.
Dynagen, a text-based front-end for Dynamips.
Qemu, a generic and open source machine emulator and virtualizer.

You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as SSH Tunnel Manager, Net Monitor or Nally, which might be similar to GNS3.
