Connect and configure the functionality of HID-compatible devices such as gamepads and joysticks for your Mac. Select the compatible controller and assign keyboard and mouse responses to its buttons or movements. The utility works with up to 5 devices simultaneously and functions with most games.
GamePad Companion 3.3.1 for Mac could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. This software for Mac OS X was originally created by Carvware. This software works fine with Mac OS X 10.7 or later. Please check the Mac app with an antivirus before launch as it is downloaded from the developer's website, and we cannot ensure that it is safe. GamePad Companion allows you to use HID compatible devices (gamepads, joysticks, etc..) with Mac OS X. This means that you can use many of the joysticks and gamepads that haven't had their drivers updated for Mac OS X! It should be possible to simultaneously use up to 5 HID devices with GamePad Companion.
