HOVER is a tool that helps create fully interactive 3D models of any property using smartphones, which gives users the ability to measure, design, and budget their home improvement projects. The tool uses state-of-the-art technology initially developed for the US military to generate 3D maps of any property. HOVER enables users to create an interactive 3D model of a home or any other property using a few smartphone photos.
