From the developer:

If you have a Mac, you've probably at some point come across the need to install a Kext. There are some installers available, but they are generally old and prone to crashing or cluttered with features you don't need. Kext Drop is a new, super easy Kext installer that just works. Simply drop one or several kexts on the window or dock icon and let Kext Drop do the rest.

You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Kext Utility, Kext Lister or Ogg Drop X, which might be similar to Kext Drop.
