Movie Renamer 1.3 for Mac can be downloaded from our website for free. The application belongs to System Tools. This free software for Mac OS X is an intellectual property of Yohan Lasorsa.
From the developer:
Automated movie renamer scraping names from IMDB.
It targets all .mkv files in a folder, and the renaming process is interactive: best match is proposed by default, or you can either choose any other match or to skip renaming for each file.
Better search heuristic may be added later in case of no results from IMDB, along with manual rename fallback.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Greenroom Surf Movies, Better Rename 10 or File Renamer Lite, which might be related to Movie Renamer.
