OE WordBook is a simple but useful vocabulary collection and learning tool. It helps you collect and save new words for you. In addition, you can use system dictionaries to translate words, but you can also customize their translations as you wish. All the words will be saved to a database file. You are allowed to add, edit, and delete the words again.
