This small utility allows pack authors to convert any unlocked IconDropper pack into an iControl iPack or vice versa. This can be helpful for those who wish to create hybrid packs that work best in both IconDropper as well as iControl. Simply drag a pack of one kind onto the application, and it automatically converts it to the other format instantly.
