This updater file fixes a number of problems discovered after Photoshop CS2 (9.0) was released. With this updater installed Photoshop will no longer hang for several seconds when using painting tools with quick strokes, documents containing a large number of text layers will now open more quickly, palettes (slow redraw, palettes go white, possible crash)will now work properly, TIFF files from certain scanners will be opened correctly.
