Downloading RSeQC 2.6.4 for Mac from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. The actual developer of this free software for Mac is RSeQC Team. RSeQC for Mac lies within Education Tools, more precisely Science. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.

RSeQC package provides a number of useful modules that can comprehensively evaluate high throughput sequence data especially RNA-seq data. Some basic modules quickly inspect sequence quality, nucleotide composition bias, PCR bias and GC bias, while RNA-seq specific modules evaluate sequencing saturation, mapped reads distribution, coverage uniformity, strand specificity, transcript level RNA integrity etc.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Genealogy Pro, sciatrope or Curvus Pro X, which might be related to RSeQC.
