Resuminator is a free and simple to use Mac utility that will allow one to easily toggle on or off OS X Lion's resume features for each of your apps.
Select the app you want to toggle the Resume feature on or off app and check or uncheck the 'Should Resume' option to match the behavios you want.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as TM Error Logger, HDCleanUp or CLIX, which might be similar to Resuminator.
