TransparentGIF is a tool for replacing a specified color in an Animated GIF with transparency.

Drag the Animated GIF file directly onto the window source view.
Select the color to make transparent from those available or use the eyedropper tool to directly select the color from the Destination Image.
Set the tolerance of the selected color to make a range of colors transparent.
Save the Animated GIF
