Xstamp , like Rixstamp, is a file stamp editor - it reads and sets time stamps for your files and directories. But Xstamp is specific to OS X - and in particular the HFS file system in use there.
Unix stores three time values; HFS five. Unix only allows programmatic access to two; 'Carbon' allows access to the third Unix time value and its own unique fourth and fifth.
