ZapResForks is a utility for batch removal of resource forks from files, while leaving the data fork intact. So why would you want to do that? Well, SimpleText adds a resource fork to every file it modifies, whether it has different fonts or not, which is quite a waste of disk space. ZapResForks provides a quick way to remove all font/style information from text files.
