From the developer:
Animeeple is a downloadable software tool that simplifies 3D character animation. It features a track-based interface for procedural motion editing, layering, and sequencing. Animeeple automatically retargets animation data onto any bipedal character, and understands multiple industry-standard file formats such as Collada and FBX.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Concepts 2D, OnTheAirCGServer or Flickr Widget, which might be similar to Animeeple.
