The Multimedia Update includes the Apple Audio Extension 1.0.5 which improves support for playing audio CDs with virtual memory turned on. It also adds support for more USB audio input devices.The update also includes new ATI graphics drivers. They improve the performance for OpenGL games on systems using the ATI Rage 128 Pro as well as certain Final Cut Pro display functions.
