The BBC maintain 68 RSS feeds: copies of their news Web pages which are designed to be machine-readable instead of human-readable. This application allows you to select any number of those feeds, downloads them, and presents their contents in an easy-to-read form.
Every 60 seconds, one of the categories you have selected for viewing is updated.
