From the developer:
Black Out is a macOS application that lets you quickly hide sensitive parts of an image. This can be useful when you want to post a screenshot or a photo on the web that contains some information you don't want to reveal. You just need to click and drag to create black boxes over the parts of the image you want to hide.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as BlackWhite Studio 2 - Professional Tool for Black&White Photography, Black Book 2 or TGI Black Friday, which might be related to Black Out.
