Cheap-o-Scope is a small utility that will convert Quicktime movies into Adobe Filmstrip files and also convert Adobe Filmstrip files back into Quicktime movies. Adobe Filmstrip files are recognized by Photoshop and probably other image editing files (it's just a sequence of raw RGB image data). Adobe Premiere will also import them, but if you're using iMovie, you'll need to convert.
