From the developer:
With so many fantastic applications for Mac OS X, it's hard to decide which ones should stay in your Dock all the time, and sometimes it has just been easier to have a permanently cluttered Dock with applications that are not often running. Finally, there is a solution!
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Docker Cloud, Docker or Docker Terminal, which might be similar to Docks.
