DownloadX is a powerful tool for downloading files. The supported protocols are HTTP(S), FTP, SFTP. DownloadX can accelerate downloading process by using multiple connections for one file in order to use the download bandwidth efficiently.
DownloadX is also a HTTP server. You can set port and the share folder in Preferences, and then access the files in the share folder from iPhone/iPad/Android or other computers.
