Downloading Eureka! Personal Edition 1.3 for Mac from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. This Mac app was originally developed by IJW Soft. The application lies within System Tools, more precisely File Managers.
From the developer:
Eureka! allows you to classify your files according to categories you assign rather than ones the system assigns. This means that 100 files could be in 100 different directories but in Eureka, they are all in the same category. This allows fast and easy searching according to keywords you already know.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as ImProveIt Personal Edition, LispWorks Personal or Organize:Me Personal Task Manager and To-Do Planner, which might be similar to Eureka! Personal Edition.
