The 0.2 version of Front Row Shutdown for Mac was available to download on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. The actual developer of this free Mac application is Dinkytunes. Please check the Mac app with an antivirus before launch as it is downloaded from the developer's website, and we cannot ensure that it is safe.

I bought an Apple Mac Mini to use as a media center. Apple ships OS X Leopard with Front Row, which is great, except I found an important feature lacking: you need a keyboard to shut your Apple down. Not what you want in a chique remote controlled home cinema setting. I made a Shut Down plug-in for Front Row. It appears there are a lot of people that don't want to get up to switch off their Mac up after watching a movie!
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Front Row on the Big Screen, Front Row Realistic Skin or TV Row, which might be similar to Front Row Shutdown.
