From the developer:
GistTool is an OS X app that helps you manage your code snippets located at gist. It supports searching, creating, updating, and deleting gists, including gist-files. Using OAuth2 you can feel secure when logging in to your Github account. Another nice feature is a copy-to-clipboard button which allows you to copy the content fast.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as CombineTextFiles, FolderGlance or MacMemoriesManager, which might be related to GistTool.
