Description

A tool for managing internet bookmarks in one central location. Users turn to this app when their web browser's built-in bookmark features don't meet their needs, or when they use multiple browsers and prefer a separate bookmarking app. Instead of relying on the browser's bookmarks bar or menu, it offers a Floating Menu accessed through a global keyboard shortcut or a menu in the dock.

Markster 3.1.9 for Mac can be downloaded from our software library for free. The latest installation package takes up 17.6 MB on disk. Our built-in antivirus scanned this Mac download and rated it as 100% safe. The application lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Browsers. This free Mac app is a product of Sheep Systems.

From the developer:

Markster keeps your internet bookmarks in a central store. People use Markster because either: The internal bookmarks facilities (Bookmarks Bar, Bookmarks Menu, Favorites Bar, etc.) in their web browser(s) do not meet their feature expectations. They use more than one web browser, and prefer to keep all their bookmarks in a separate app, independent of the web browsers, instead of syncing the browsers' internal bookmarks facilities together.

You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Mango, SRWare Iron or VPN Manager, which might be related to Markster.
