The 1.0 version of Mikrotik WinBox App for Mac was available to download on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. This free software for Mac OS X is a product of Mike Kronenberg.
The following version: 2.2 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. The software is categorized as Developer Tools. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.
From the developer:
To use WinBox under Mac OS X (possible on Intel-based Macs only), you have to install Darwine, a port of Wine and other supporting tools that allows Darwin and Mac OS X users to run Windows applications. Wine is an Open Source implementation of the Windows API on top of X and Unix.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as App for Vine - Pro - Menu Tab, Nox App Player or Scout-App, which might be similar to Mikrotik WinBox App.
