From the developer:
Negative is an application for making visual comparisons. The tool is made for anybody who needs to compare two things on a computer screen. Whether you're a developer, a designer, an animator, or just a normal user, you've probably needed to compare two "mockups", designs, browsers, simulators, or frames. Negative is a simple app that helps you do that.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Screenflick, TinkerTool or Arcade Math Blocks, which might be similar to Negative.
