You could have downloaded Network Clipboard 2.1 for Mac from our software library for free. The application is included in Internet & Network Tools.
From the developer:
Network Clipboard allows you to share a clipboard across multiple computers using Mac OS X Services. Supports "Trusted Users" and unlimited "pages" while sitting completely in the background.
The clipboard supports unlimited pages. That is, when new data is sent, it's added to a new page on top of the others. You can browse through all previous pages, delete them, or forward them to somebody else.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as The Weather Network, West Networks Remote Support Client or Network Stat, which might be similar to Network Clipboard.
