Rotten is an application meant to offer quick and simple access to the ROT caesar ciphers. It has a decent amount of features that allow you to manipulate the input and send the output to Mail or Entourage. This new version has ROT13, a Modified ROT13 cipher that shifts numbers 5 places forward in addition to shifting the text, and ROT47. Feedback and comments are appreciated.
