The 1.2.1 version of ScanCode for Mac was available to download on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The actual developer of this free software for Mac is Hazelfin GmbH. The software belongs to Design & Photo Tools.
From the developer:
ScanCode can trigger scripts from barcodes. You select your camera, select the script, and scan. By writing your own scripts and workflows, you can make them act as a starting point of any barcode-related automation. ScanCode uses the libraries that come with macOS to decode QR and barcodes.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Vectorworks 2010 Viewer, Polaris or Send Photo Pro by ZoomFoot, which might be similar to ScanCode.
