Splash n Recolor lets you transform your photos into black-and-white images with eye-catching splashes of color with brush strokes. The tool automatically converts photos to black-and-white. Afterwords, you can edit in high resolution and save in high resolution. You can adjust brush size for finer details. In addition, you have full control to select the area in the image to highlight.
