You could have downloaded iAdjust Audio 1.1 for Mac from our application library for free. This free Mac app is a product of AppleScripts by Tom X. The software is included in Audio & Video Tools.

iAdjust Audio: Allows you to adjust the main volume in smaller increments than the standard 16 moves via the keyboard. Because of variations in operating systems, these scripts will give you between 44 and 48 increments.
Leopard and Snow Leopard users can hold down the Option and Shift keys while pressing either volume key to get very small increments (64). I find this awkward as it requires both hands.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Easy Audio Converter for Mac, M-Audio FireWire Audiophile or M-Audio Venom Updater, which might be similar to iAdjust Audio.
