iHelp is used to find iTach and GC100 units on the same network using the same subnet. And you can open the web configuration page from the iTach or GC100 from iHelp using right-click on the selected line. You have to own a Global Caché product like the GC100, iTach, GC-IRL, GC-IRE to be able to test the applications.
