kJams 1.0 for Mac was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available.

According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The software is included in Audio & Video Tools. This software for Mac OS X was originally created by com.kjams.

From the developer:

kJams can Rip, Mix, Play and Burn CD+G format discs. Create playlists, sort by name, artist, album etc. Import existing MP3+G files, (zipped or not), search your library. Import QuickTime, KAR, MIDI, Vorbis, Change the pitch and tempo independently, show the graphics (optionally) full screen and/or (optionally) on a 2nd monitor or TV. Rip using the LAME encoder. Get and submit CD meta-info from freedb.
