From the developer:

pOpOp creates resolution independent PDF and PNG high resolution (D-SLR) files with alpha transparency. Start with an image from iPhoto or Aperture. Or use the built-in FaceTime (or iSigh) camera to grab a quick mugshot. Then choose from hundreds of preset popart designs and customize to your liking. When you've got something you like, take a PDF or PNG snapshot.

You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as DotMatrix Pop Art Factory, Art Style or Daily Biblical Art, which might be similar to pOpOp Art Factory.
