The Account Reset Console Credential Provider Add-On is used to enhance the usefulness of the user self-service password reset feature in Account Reset Console by adding the ability to allow a user to reset their password from the Windows logon page (CTRL ALT DEL). This add-on can be distributed and installed by group policy, scripted or manually by an administrator.
You may want to check out more software, such as Service Credentials Manager, ARC XT PRO or ARC XT, which might be similar to ARC Credential Provider.
