Downloading DIPimage 2.7 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular versions among the program users are 2.7, 2.6 and 2.5.
This free program was originally created by Quantitative Imaging Group, Delft University of Technology. The latest version of the software is supported on PCs running Windows XP/7/8/10/11, 32-bit. The program relates to Education Tools. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.

DIPimage is a MATLAB toolbox for scientific image processing and analysis. It is a tool for teaching and research in image processing. The principal design ideas behind the toolbox are ease of use, simple expandability, and compact notation. Most operations are independent of dimensionality, and are defined for any data type that MATLAB can store.
