LightShot

LightShot is an incredibly useful and easy to use screenshot tool. It allows you to quickly capture screenshots of any selected area of your desktop screen and then edit, print or share them online. The ability to assign a keyboard button to quickly capture the entire screen or limit the area to a specific window is great, and the options to change the shape and size of the capture window in the settings are very handy. Highly recommended!
