Description
There was a download of MeVisLab 2.7.1 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following versions: 2.7, 2.6 and 2.5 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.
MeVisLab.exe or MeVisLabStarter.exe are the common file names to indicate the MeVisLab installer. This free program was originally developed by MeVisLab (c) MeVis Medical Solutions AG. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. MeVisLab is included in Education Tools.

MeVisLab is a modular framework for medical image processing research and development. It allows fast integration and testing of new algorithms and the development of clinical application prototypes. You get access to advanced software modules for segmentation, registration, volumetry, and functional analysis.
