There was a download of UpServ 1.13.13 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free program is a product of SATEL sp. z o.o.
Update_client.exe or update_client_64.exe are the frequent file names to indicate the UpServ installer. UpServ lies within System Utilities, more precisely Device Assistants.
