VIViewer
VIViewer is a great 3DS content viewer. It's easy to use and provides a lot of features to help you explore and manipulate 3DS content. You can scale, rotate, and move objects around, adjust the angle of the scene, and choose different backgrounds. The hotkeys are a great feature that makes it easier to position and adjust items. Highly recommended!
VIViewer 2.0.131 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program relates to Photo & Graphics Tools. The VIViewer installer is commonly called VIViewer.exe.
