This PC program works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11. RHVoice lies within Education Tools, more precisely Languages. RHVoice is a free software application and represents a speech synthesizer for the Russian language. The voices have been trained with The HMM-based Speech Synthesis
System (HTS).It also uses a flite's implementation of English language support as an example, some functions were used as a starting point.
