Description

KeyboardRemap 1.0 for Mac could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The application lies within Lifestyle Tools, more precisely Healthcare & Fitness.

From the developer:

KeyboardRemap remaps your keyboard to the now-discontinued IBM split keyboard, which may make a gigantic difference in your ability to type without pain (along with better posture, exercise, etc.) The closest keyboard to its layout that is now sold is the Goldtouch adjustable keyboard.

You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Medical Software For Mac, which might be similar to KeyboardRemap.
