Tomato Timer is an excellent tool that helps you with your time management. When you start the application only a small icon sits at the top menu bar so nothing is distracting you from your work.
The application uses a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down periods of work into 25-minute intervals called 'Pomodori' separated by short breaks.
